Food allergies abroad

Managing food allergies abroad can be a challenge given language and cultural considerations. It is important that you do as much research as possible on the location to which you are going and pay special attention to food preparation and ingredients. Talk with your treating physician and work out a plan of care in the event of a medical emergency. We offer the information on a software app that has been developed to assist traveler’s abroad with food allergies and related medical emergencies.
